Why take part in The Rising Reset?

  • RCommunity is critical. Having like-minded people around you contributes to greater and more adaptable mental health.
  • RWhen the student is ready, the teacher appears. Mental health must be nurtured, so have the right people in your life and read the thought-provoking books.
  • RNourishment is key. Janine learned the hard way on her hike how poor eating choices can directly affect health, even if one works out daily.
  • RActivity must be mindful, and therefore, fitness must be intentional. It is not about walking 15-20 miles a day or spending an hour in the gym. When deliberate, less is often more.
