Meet Miia. She is a North County San Diego sound healer, specializing in crystal singing bowls. Miia will be playing her bowls during Janine’s restorative yoga session. Considered a sacred space-holder, Miia offers sound bath healing to encourage restoration of body and soul, which will perfectly compliment the yoga experience.
